Artist Statement

Crafted from wool yarn, linen twine, and tissue paper, this handbook for cactus documents the trajectory of a cactus that I purchased from the UA bookstore. It captures various slices of its life moments, such as settling into new homes, sprouting new spikes, growing roots and enjoying the rainy days.
