How I Learned (am still learning) to Stop Worrying and Value Rest

This is a poster created as part of a workshop describing lessons learned from the Desert Tortoise. Desert Tortoises spend the majority of their lives in hibernation, or resting. However, they are not lazy or slow-in fact, they can walk very quickly in certain situations. Desert Tortoises, and many other animals, teach us about strategic action and the purposefulness of rest.
