Cuauhtemoc significa águila que abate

“Cuauhtemoc significa águila que abate” is a small book about the origins and the meaning of the word ‘Cuauhtemoc’ that was told to me by my grandfather when I was 8 years old. He was of indigenous background and he was adamant enough that he wrote a whole book explaining its mythological origins. Reflecting an indigenous pride and a history of Mexico tainted by colonialism.
